Hi, I have just changed out a MX controller which had a faulty power supply as would not power up, the controller was changed and the existing hard drive put back in the new controller, the new controller is now up but it seems to have come up with about 30 mailboxes missing and with some mailboxes having the wrong names and old greetings. When i powered up the controller i changed the RTC boot settings to /partition1/RTC8260.
I have tried the swap command to go back to the inactive sw but this is not the correct sw for the site. The 3300 sw is 8.0.9.20.
Just wondered if the bootline for the RTC should be /partition4/RTC8260.Thanks
