We have 2 switches, Point A & B. Switch A Dial Plan Ana has 0 "Call Type" attd. Switch B has 0 "Call Type" Ext. Out operators are located local to Switch A. We are moving operator consoles to switch B. When we thought that all we had to do was swap the switches dial plans (attd & ext) for 0, it didn't work....It still keeps routing 0 to a route pattern from switch B to A via tie trunk.......I cannot see why it still routes through this route pattern. I looked in aar, udp digit conversion, ars for kicks.

Making the dialplan analysis change 0 to Call Type ext length 1 is just the beginning. You then need to add "0" as a station, hunt-group, vdn, etc. and use coverage, vectoring, forwarding to route the call.

A great teacher, does not provide answers, but methods to teach others "How and where to find the answers"
