Hi,
I have recently upgraded from XP Home to XP Pro (32bit).
I have an excel spreadsheet to which I import data from an *.mht (IE7.0) file.
Up until the the upgrade when I imported the file I would get values that looked like this: "01:21.1" meaning 1min 21.1sec
Since the upgrade, the same data gets imported as "1:21.100"
This change in format means that the calculations performed on that data don't function anymore (I get a #VALUE! error).
All the relevant cells have the same format as before the upgrade (Custom; mm.ss.0)
I do some simple maths on the data, subtracting one from another to give a number eg 01:21.1 - 01:22.1 = 00:01.0
Is there an option somewhere that has been changed by the upgrade?
Any ideas gratefully appreciated.
Thanks,
Andrew
