Hi,
Is there a way to change the default Operator for individual Xpressions mailboxes? I have a couple of mailboxes that I'm using as sort of a poor man's call processing box. The mailboxes are set to not accept messages, so when a caller has heard the entire greeting, the system prompts to press # to reach the referral extension, or press 0# to reach the operator... I'd like to send the caller to the referral extension if they press 0# instead of the system operator.. Is there a way to override the default system operator?? I have 0 set in forwarding to go, which works if they don't wait til the end of the greeting.

Put them in a group and set the group operator extension under "User ID for the operator of this group"

If you ever need to change the global operator extension, it's under Special server settings, Voice mail profiles, Call Transfer, Default operator (user ID or extension).
