Is there a way to change the windows XP logon logo?

I have been asked if we can replace it with the cleints own logo and a technical support number.

You may play with the LegalNoticeCaption and LegalNoticeText values of the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon registry key.

Those registry keys don't change the logo, though. And that was the original request.
