change xon/xoff with rts/dts

anybody knows where i can download or built an interface
for a serial printer whith protocol rts/dts?
i have add these printer to a sco 5.0.5 system as serial whith xon/xoff protocol and i would like to change them because they lose their jobits time they are in off ine possition

You should be able to add a new stty or modify the existing stty in the interface file to set the desired flow control.
