Change workbook from Read Only to Write

Hi

I have a workbook which is in a public domain for people to view as Read Only (no passwords involved). I need the same people to Write information to the workbook via an input form.

I have designed a button which will open the workbook and display the inputform, but need to know the code for how to change the workbook to Write for the period of time that the data is being input via the form and then change it back to Read Only once the input has finished.

Can anyone help?
