Change window view layout in Business View Manager

Does anyone know how to change/refresh the view layout in Business View Manager.

When I select View from the menu bar, it tells me that the repository Explorer is selected but I can't see it on my screen.

Can anyone help?

To explain a little more, When I tried to resize the window, it undocked from the Business View Manager screen. I closed the undocked Repository Explorer screen, and when I tried to reopen it using View from the menu bar, it did not appear. It shows a Check mark on the View pull-down list that it is open but you can not see it on the Business View Manager screen or on the desktop. I've tried closing and reopening BVM, shutting down PC, nothing. Help
