Change where external calls ring?

Hi guys,
You were fantastic at fixing my previous phone problem, so I've come back with another issue.
My calls are ringing at the wrong location and I'm not sure how to fix it.
When we have an incoming external call, it's ringing at the wrong set.

We've decided to move our reception area. The main phone at that desk has been moved to another location and the extension at the new location has been moved to the reception area. Essentially, all I want to do is have those two phones switch places so that our calls (which are all AA and CCR as we have no receptionist) ring at an empty area and not in the main area of the office (where a non-reception admin person sits).

I set both sets to "Set Relocation:Y" and moved them, then changed the DNs on them and turned the set relocation off again. The internal extensions are working properly now. I can call the reception extension and it rings on the right set in the right office and the admin person now has a designated line at her desk.
The problem is external calls - when someone calls our main phone number, it rings through to the OLD reception area where this poor admin girl is stuck with every single phone call, instead of to the NEW reception area (where the main set with the modular system piece is). Is there a way to get external calls to move with the phone set?
I'm told this was the set up in our office years ago, but I can't figure it out. Am I missing something simple? Is there a way to set a primary phone or something?

Oh! I think I got it!
The main line is now ringing on the right set (Hooray!), but the mailboxes aren't right.

I know have three mailboxes (the general delivery on the main line, the admin girl and an guy who's phone wasn't involved in this at all....) that aren't on the right extensions.
When I try Feature 981 on the main phone, I get the admin girl's MB. When I try it on her phone, I get some other guy's MB. I haven't tried it on his phone to see who I get there.

I guess I'll have to un-attach extensions from mailboxes and re-attach them in the morning.

You should have just left set relocation ON and then moved your sets....thats all!

So you moved the sets, the ext's moved and everything nice but then you went and changed the DN's for some reason.

Change DN only changes the DN, it does not change any programming.
When you change a DN you can then copy programming from 221 to 299 (unused DN as example), then copy 225 (other relocated phone) to 221 then 299 to 225.

Sometimes reversing the mess and starting again can fix it.
Always calling a tech will avoid the mess.

Don't understand why you moved the phones with set relocation and then changed their DN's. You turned a simple move into a complicated one.
