change webapp directory

Hi !

actually my webapp /jsp_test is in E:\Applications\Tomcat 5.0.28\webapps\jsp_test.

I wish to put on storage drive, for example :

H:\Développements\Intranet\jsp_test

I don't know how to even after reading Tomcat doc, I guess it's somewhere in the XML files ?
