It's not the database that has a password. It is your Person document in the server Name & Address book.
You need to use a Notes client to access the server and open the NAB, then go to the Person view and find the document that belongs to you. Open it, find the field named Internet Password, edit the data and save.
Note that while you type the new password, it will be written in clear, but as soon as the doc is saved, it will be encrypted.
Note also that, unless you are an admin, you cannot change the password for anyone else.
