Change web content daily 1

Do you know of a service which would change out content daily w/programming (a different jpg everyday)? Don't want to pay my webmaster to manually do this for me.
or could she do this with javascript if I give her a database? or what?

If you have server side scripting available, you can use that to handle changing the graphic automatically. Javascript can do that, too, but won't work for people who have it disabled in their browsers.
