Change Verification for a Yes/No table field

I have a yes/no "Mail" field in my customer table.

Whenever I change the checkmark, I would like a notice to appear asking if it is okay to change the value of the record for this Mail Field. Is that possible?

In Access, you can only do this with forms; users should not be allowed access to tables.
