Change vcm 32 card to vcm 64 on 8.1 v2 ipo

What is the process to change out vcm 32 to 64 , is it a power down and swap out card power on ?

If you remove a VCM32v1 and replace it with a VCM64v2 check your IP Endpoint licenses before. V1 cards come with virtual licenses but v2 cards don't.
