why would you bother? surely it would be less painful just to rebuild it against a windows version? how big is your farm?

Is not big, only 4 hosts in a cluster and 4 running separately. But I'm using the VMWare vcenter appliance, the SUSE version....and I would like to move to WIndows + SQL.
As I see here, , looks pretty easy. What I understood , that the performance logs will be lost, and Resource pools...but this is not an issue.
What about licensing, can I just install a second vcenter and install the same licenses ?
