Change user names to all lower case...using VBScript?

Hello,

We recently discovered users have been input into AD with Upper case for first letter of name such as "First Last". Now we are tring to correct this but found we have over 200 users like this.

I'm just learning vbscript so my first thought was to script it...but I'm brand new to vbscript :(

Can anyone assist? I appreciate any help! Thx!
