Change user command and registry settings

Hi all

I'm having an odd problem with proxy server settings not applying from GPO I decided that it might be that the settings were in the mandatory profile so i edited this and removed any entries. This solved the problem on one server but not on the other. I'm starting to wonder if at sometime I’ve had change user /install set and changed the proxy settings and it might now be applying to everyone could this be the problem?

If it is can I set change user /install again and blank the proxy settings to undo this?

Using Citrix PS 4.5 on Server 2003 SP2.
