Is it possible to change or disable certain Office 2007 Trust Center settings through a VBscript or perhaps AD GPO?

I have an Access 2007 app which replicates itself to a user's desktop (vbscript at login). The problem is that our users tend to move from desk to desk. So every time they logon to a new desktop I have to run and change the "allow macro" settings in the Trust Center for the application to function. Which kinda defeats the purpose of automating the replication.

Any help would be greatly apprciated.
Thanks,

The way I understand it, self-cert would still not pass the trust center and the user would still be required to accept/run macros.
Also, I just looked for selfcert.exe on Vista Ultimate...it seems to have disapeared.
