Change to Title Case in SQL? 1

I'm aware of the UCASE and LCASE functions, but is there an easy way of changing values into title case? Eg. every word has just the 1st letter capital and the rest lower case.

my nAmE Is pAUl brADlEy

becomes

My Name Is Paul Bradley
