Change TLS PORT for VPN 9620 Phone

Hi,
I've got some problems with a 9620 phone in VPN configuration.
It works on an internet connection, not on the other...

I got many -905 Errors and it seems come from the use of 411 port for TLS.

How can I change it ?

I saw a TLSPORT parameter in the documentation, but where do I have to put it ?

Can I do this remotely on a working configuration ?

Must I go the the primary office to update the phone ?
