Change Time of SMTP compact

This can be set one of two ways.
(1) In the Public Address Book you may have a program document which specifies that compact is to run at 23:00
OR
(2) In the servers NOTES.INI (C:\WINNT\NOTES.INI) you may find the parameter SERVERTASKSAT23=compact
The 2nd option is rather crude, because you can only run the core task at an hour interval. BUT If you do want to use this replace the line with SERVERTASKSAT7=compact
The program document is the preferred method because you can specify options like only compact databases with more than 20% whitespace, or limit to the mail directory only etc... This saves time and server resources.
