change theme fonts

Hi keithinoz,

Your 'Heading' and 'Body' fonts are *defined* in the Theme, but *used* in the Style (or in direct formatting). The 'Cambria (Heading)' designation means that you have set your style up to use the "+Headings" font from the Theme, and that the Heading font in the Theme is currently set to Cambria.

To stop using the Theme Headings font, change your Heading styles to use "Cambria" instead of "+Headings". Depending on how your styles are set up, and what each style is based on, things may cascade, or you may have to change each style individually.

Enjoy,
Tony

Thanks for that. I had already changed the individual style headings to remove the + Headings. What I wanted to know was how to remove the Cambria + Headings from the top of the Theme font selection. I often cut and paste from docs which use other fonts. I regularly forget when I am changing their fonts that I want the third one down Cambria not the top one which is Cambria + Headings

I don't believe you can do anything about that - sorry!

If you routinely want to do the same thing, try recording a macro and assigning it to a hotkey so that you don't have to use the font selection at all.

Enjoy,
Tony

I suspected that that would be the answer. Thanks anyway.
