It appears that I posted this thread in the PBX area and not the Sympoisum area and that could be why I did not get a response?

Our former Symposium express server had crashed and we replaced it. The issue is our GRTD stats keep resetting. I do see in the log that the server clock keeps adjusting during the day and I believe that is why the GRTD stats keep resetting? The resets do not happen all of the time so I believe it happens after several server time resets?

Does anyone know how to set the symposium server clock to sync off the CS1000E PBX clock? There are (2) network cables going into this replacement server and one of them is an ELAN connection to the network.

Thanks

Is your "symposium" two servers CCMA and CCMS? if yes both of their times have to jive, download NET TIME freeware app that will sync the clocks to a NTP server and put it on both CCMA and CCMS. Set it up to update often shut off the windows one... windows built in doesnt work right (for us anyway) had issues like this once the two servers got a few mins off from each other.
