Change the size of the movie? Only 550 x 400 pixels?

The easiest way is probably to scale down your movie (...% on width & height) in your html. Otherwise, in Flash 4 at least, when you start making your movie, set the size of it... Modify->Movie->Dimensions. Obviously you'll have to scale down your different elements.
