Change the size of folder font or mail font?

Hey everyone,

Is there a way to change the size of the font used for folders, or even the list of mail? The folders seem to be in like size 14 or something, it's so big. Would rather have it much smaller so that I don't need half my screen showing them, and can see more at once. Is it possible to change?
