change the server and database parameters in report

Hi,

We are changing the server for which the report data will be accessed.

Is it possible to loop through all the reports on the server and change the login settings automatically?

BTW, I am using CE 9.

There's third party products from APOS and others which may help, or you can write code to do so.

If you launch the CE Launchpad,
there is app that allows you to change the database logon for all select reports. The app is called Change Database Logon under the Administrative Samples.
I can't vouch for CE9 but CE8.5 its there.

I hate to stupid but I've looked all over the place for the Change Database Logon app and can't find it. Can you be more specific about where to find it? I have the developer edition, maybe that's the problem?

is where our launchpad is installed. Your URL could be slightly different.

The page has a section "Administrative Examples" on the left hand side.

We're using CE 8.5 on Solaris...so who knows.
