Change the selection criteria using commands

Hi all, I am new to MAS200 and kinda stuck with the following issue and hope someone here will help me out. I want to run a MAS200 export job from an external application using the visual integrator commands. I created a job that pulls data from INVHISH table based on the invoice date. I want to change the invoice date using visual integrator commands before I run the job.
This is an urgent requirement. Can someone please help me out. Thank you.

I would suggest NOT using VI to extract data. Way slow. I would suggest pulling the data using the ODBC driver and your external program. For example if this was Access I would just create a SQL specific pass through queries to link to the data and then some append or make table queries to write to tables in your application. Way faster by a factor of about 10.
