We updated out our phone equipment a few months back and ever since then, the frequency of the system asking us to change our voice mail passwords has increased quite a bit. Is there a setting somewhere that will allow me to change this?

Thanks,
Scott Lloyd

If you have Meridian Mail, then you need to get to the security settings and there are many options to change. It's almost the same for Call Pilot.

I couldn't find it under f983 or f**config??

Maybe I put it under the wrong forum. We use Nortel Nortsar t7316 and M7310 phones. I thought they were on a meridian system?? Maybe not the CS1000 though??

I went back and reposted it under the Nortel Norstar forum. Sorry and thanks.

It's not a problem, but normally for the BCM systems, you need to log in via Element Manager or via Internet Explorer using the IP address.
