Change the "display" name!

Hi,

I have this problem. When ever someone accesses our website they can enter in their email address and whenever the site is updated a notice is sent out to them. This notice is sent from esadmin but I would like to change the display name (or who the letter is from) to Converse College . How can I do that without changing the user name from esadmin.
