We found that our Call-Me feature does dial out, but when dialing a PSTN number or a cell phone, several of the rings are 'used up' in the network before actually ringing the device. It works fine when dialing another extension on the same switch.

This means that the end user gets only one or two rings before the MM pulls the call back as a failed attempt. How do we adjust these ring counts to enable better reception at the Public and wireless network?

Edit your registry key "TUIRingCount" adding 1 or 2 to the existing value and testing. As with any WIN registry edit, caution should be every other word for the faint-of-Winheart.

Thanks for the assist! I thought I was left to my own devices for a while there.
