Change the instance node of a remote db

with 'catalog/uncatalog tcpip node' you catalog instances
with 'catalog database' you catalog the database which belongs to an instance.
To change either of them you uncatalog and then catalog them again.
Sometimes the usage of the word 'node' might be irritating.
