SAP urgently recommends to shut down your system for two hours,
have a look at SAP note 102088.
The reason is that there might be problems resulting from a double time stamp.
We usually shut down our productive systems during the time when we change to winter time, but keep test systems up and running.
We trust that there won't be problems when there is no load in a system.
But we are not going to take a risk in production.
