Change the graphic in the upper right of the browser... 1

I loaded some software from Comcast and it went ahead and replaced the "e" in the upper right corner of the browser with Comcast the logo. Anyone have any idea how to change it back. I actually want to know how to do it so I can do it to our computers here at work. I'd like to put our corporate image in that spot.
