change the from field in outgoing mail

Hi All,

I need to be able to masquerade users outoing email eg

user1@blah.com's email actually goes out as accounts1@blah.com

Is there any relatively simple way to do this within sendmail ?

Use the /etc/mail/genericstable. Note that any address domains you're making it appear the mail is being sent from need to be in your outgoing domains list.

I found all this infinitely easier by using the webmin interface. Heck, I probably couldn't have done it without webmin.
