I have install a 9.1.4 Avaya IP Office server edition. The customer is asking if there is a way to change the format of the email they receive to display the callers number without the 9 in front of the phone number. I have the prefix set to 9 on the ip office PRI to allow users to dial from the call logs of the deskphones but when a user receives an email from the voicemail system on their IPhone they cannot click on the number to call it. Any help would be appreciated.
