I think this is an easy one but I can't seem to find out how to do it! I have a query I run off of some linked Excel spreadsheets. If the results of some cells are less then say, 100 or greater than 1000, I' d like the color of the text in the exported query to be red. Any idea how I can do this?

You can only format like this in a form. Tables and queries are not generally for user interface.

Ok. Can i make my form look like my query? All the data in one view? The forms I have used all are one entry per page. That is why I exported the query. its more like the table view I was looking for. Thoughts?

Make your form continuous and play with conditional formatting.

Hope This Helps, PH.

You can also use conditional formatting with a datasheet view form.
