Change System DSN to File DSN

We're changing SQL Server servernames. We have many users with System DSNs on their machines using linked tables for queries in Microsoft Access. Can I convert them to using a File DSN without manually linking tables through Access' Get External Data menu?

Any assistance is appreciated.
