Change sync source for G700 impact ? 1

I have G700 with a T1 and S8300. I currently have the T1 busied out because we have problems with conferencing when it is in service. I know the T1 is not set as the primary sync source in the MG and believe this could be the issue. If I log in to the G700 and change the sync source during the day will it be service impacting ? Or should I do this after hours. Thank you for your help
 
no it's not service affecting. since the T1 currently doesn't work properly, set the sync source and try it.

Thanks Mitch. I made the change then released the trunk in the CM(It did not have any service impact as you indicated). Now I will wait.. The conference issue we have when the trunk is in service only happens under certain circumstances witch I have not been able to duplicate in testing. So I will wait for the reps to report this issue and if I do not hear anithing for several day's I will declare the issue resolved.
 
Crosstalk and Conference issue is back :( I will continue to look at the configuration of the T1 for solutions. The T1 is controlled by a S8710.
 
It could be an issue with your T1 provider.. It may not be the AVAYA system at all.
