Change SQL of PC

Hi, I have SQL Server 2000 Standard.
I would like change to SQL Server 2000 Enterprise.
I have backup of databases.(in SQL Standard)

How can I change to Enterprise this server?
Also, I like migrate to a new PC and version Enterprise?

Suggestions?
