Change specific removable media icons

Hi, i'd like to be able to change the icon of a specific USB-removable media.
Is this possible? I have attempted to change it in the finder which, only works until it is removed and plugged back in.. I have candybar but this hasn't helped either.

Any ideas are much appreciated,

Is the removable media formatted as HFS? USB drives are typically formatted as FAT so that they can go between Mac and Windows. I do not know if FAT drives support the icon.

Well it's a camera, so yeh I would think the CF is formatted as FAT, will look into whether these support icons.
