Hi, If I change the SMTP server address using the Control Panel Avaya IPO applicaiton on my VMP server running Windows Server 2003, is there anything else special I need to do?
Here is the problem: A client changed all SMTP clients (i.e. APC UPS alerts, syslog servers) from using an Exchange 2003 SMTP relay to a new Exchange 2007 relay and only the Avaya IP Office Voicemail Pro system is not relaying WAV files or notificaitons. I double checked that the VPM server IP address does have permission to relay - there are many other client devices on the same subnet as the voicemail pro server which are relaying just fine.
Thanks for any ideas.
-Bob
