I did some searching and all I can find is how to change the time zone.

I am trying to find out how to change the time on my server and was hoping for a walk through.

Do I simply go to control panel and change the time or is there some prep work that needs to be done? Will it require a reboot of the call pilot? My experience is limited so a detailed walkthrough would be greatly apreciated. Thanks.

Sorry to post again but my co worker just receive advice to change the time on the server itself. We are unsure what to do at this point so hopefully you can set us straight.

We have two Call Pilot 201i's. One of them on a option 11 and another on an option 61.

My coworker who has been here for years has never changed the time on the Call Pilots and doesn't believe it is necessary, however an ex AT&T coworker of his said to change the time on the server and to make sure the daylight savings time is unchecked.

I looked at the server and noticed it does have daylight savings time checked. Does the server time matter can I leave the DST box checked.

If those items can be ignored and we can simply change the dates for the time change on the PBX then we are in great shape. But, if I need to change the server time I am unsure of how to go about it.

Thank you for any help you can give me.

I found this note in the Documentation that says the Server time is updated by the M1/Succession switch

Note: The CallPilot server time is updated by the M1/Succession time, so when you change the M1/Succession time, the CallPilot server time is also updated.

Thanks again GrupmyOne60. Your assistance is very much apreciated.
