Change selected text from caps to lower case

There is an extension for Qrk 4 called changecase which allowed you to change selected upper case letters to all lower case using a keyboard command. Anyone come across similar for Qrk 6?

See if there's something called "Type Tricks" available for Quark 6 -- they used to have it for earlier versions. It also does a handful of other neat things.
