Change security for multiple printers

I have the need to change the security settings for all our networked printers to "Properties/Security/Manage printers/Allow". Is anyone aware of a 'batch' command (like cacls/xcacls for files) to modify the settings of a printer. There are several hundred printers spread across multiple servers. I can obtain a list of the printers on each server.
