Change Secondary cover 1

I'm trying to change the 2ndary cover on an analog extension in a Merlin v6. I've been through the menus in SPM and can't seem to find the right combination that will do it. The Merlin docs explain how to add one, but not how to remove one...

BTW, I'm doing this b/c when the fax is busy, it's gets a ring no answer when it gets a 2nd call instead of a busy. I'm assuming that the 2ndary cover programmed in there is the culprit. If I'm wrong there, any guidance would be appreciated.

I think what you want to do is remove all the SA buttone except one for the Fax extension, so it will be busy when a 2nd call is sent to it.

Under Centralized Programming, the extension looks like any other multi-line extension. Just click on button 3, then click on delete, and do the same for button 2. Button 1 should stay as an SA-Ring button.
