Change Ringer on Merlin Legend

I have an admin buidling with lots of large Cubicals (4 to 6 ppl per cubical) They are requesting to have distinctive rings so if they are at the Copier they can tell if the ringing phone is for them... Merlin Legend system....thanks

There are a total of 8 Ringing Patterns to select from. Since you say "lots of large Cubicals...." there is always the chance for a bit of overlap. That is, a Phone using Ringing Pattern 2 in Cubical A, could be confused with another extension with the same pattern in Cubical B. I think you can see where this could go.

Either way, the best thing to do is set it up and see.

At an extension, press FEATURE ZERO ZERO, then Press a LINE BUTTON (Or an Intercom/SA Button) and then you can dial *32 to toggle through the 8 Patterns. (Pattern 1 is the "default".)
