change ring count 18D

We have a Partner 18D system. On a incomming call it will ring once than goto voicemail. I would like to change this to 4 rings so we have a chance to pick up the phone. All the info I have is to change settings with the voicemail. How do I get into the greneral settings?

Is it a Partner Plus ,Partner II or an ACS? If it is an ACS, what release? (hit feature 59 at a display phone and it will tell you)

I want it to apply to all the phones. Can I make the setting work that way?

This second left intercom gives me an error ????

What extension are you doing this from and is it a display phone?

It is going to the "main greeting" then the caller can chouse what mailbox. I guess that is the auto attendant?
All 5 phones ring when there is an incoming call. If we miss it after 2 rings it goes to the main greeting. I want it to be 4 rings.
