change registration info?

If you want to change the workstation name, right click Network Neighbourhood and its on the first page.
If you mean the name of who its registered to, its best to download and run this utility:
Once this is ran and you reboot, it takes you through the registration process like when Windows was first installed (only the registration for Windows changes - no other app is affected).

You might like to look at x-setup from (System|UserData|Windows User Data (NT/2K/XP) from deault uI).

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion
and edit the Reg_Sz strings:
"RegisteredOrganization"
"RegisteredOwner"
