Can you do it manually inside Access???
Like going to the menu and clicking some commands
If So this is then done with Docmd.DoMenuItem....
DoCmd.DoMenuItem acFormBar, "File", "Save", , acMenuVer70 'this does a save
Look in Help for "DoMenuItem Method"
