Change region on specific phone extension 1

We have 4 regions currenly programmed and I had to replace the phone. The phone went back to the default region and I need to change it. Now the user has to dial the full 11 digits to call locally which is not needed when in the correct region.

Add the user's ip address of the phone in the ip-network-map field, and change the region to what he use to be in.

Type ch ip-network-map and you'll see what I mean.

That did it.. thank you very much. Would you know why the region would change with a hardware change?

It must of registered with a different ip address then it had before.
